Cleanliness of the comfort room.

I don’t know if the heater is not working or its just us who don’t know how to use it. We got our room changed because on the first one we saw a cockroach on the bed so we Immediately request for a another room.

Askde from the location where it is perfect to the reason of my checking in there, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the service is also very good, the room is good and clean, the wifi is super fast and nice and the most of it is that it is soo affordable, wasn’t too expensive and with good in everthing. Keep up!

Nothing We booked for 4 nights and left after the 1st night.

We booked a superior family room which was only 8 x 15 ft with a double and single bed and no room to move or hang clothes.

It’s good because it made my very short stay a comfortable one.

Nothing. Tho’ they don't have elevators, the staff was very helpful with my baggage.

The staff were very accomodating and approachable.

The staff were very accomodating and approachable. The hotel was also near a church and places you can grab food to eat so it was very convenient.

Our room was located near the kitchen and whenever they cook breakfast our room smells like the food being cooked.

Good location, clean rooms specially the bathroom.

Good location, clean rooms specially the bathroom. Very good value for the money.

The only issue I got is when we requested to change the mattress in our 2nd night. Because we requested it to change at 9pm when we comeback from malling, they say ok but while Im going to the room I heard comment from the front desk that we should have requested it morning! We are staying 3days and 2nights, so don't expect we will use the same towels and mattress specially that we have a baby with us. Also we go out of the room from 9am and go back at night so how can we request a cleaning? Also we don't know if they have policy if they clean the room with/without occupants. Due to this I will make this hotel my last option when I go to the same location. Other staff are fine, my only complain is the chubby front desk lady at night, she is just too busy and seem too lazy to do any request.

I like how we were allowed to check in as early as 10am.

I like how we were allowed to check in as early as 10am. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The location is pretty good, real close to the US embassy where we had an appointment. It's also close to stores.

The rooms are outdated and need some upgrades.

Not going there again.

The staff were nice. I didn't like the place. It was very old and 100m away for just a bit more you get Red Planet which is much better room and larger.

Very small, old, not well design and very small blanket made for single bed used on a double be which doesn't stay in place.

A clean room and smells good.

The location although its walking distance the highway,stores,malls but i feel not safety walking in the street where the location is because of people stanby anywhere on the street specially in the night.
